Free Wyndham Bonnet Creek 168,000 Odd yr

I want to give away my Wyndham Bonnet Creek points. I have 168,000 allocated in odd years, all points available starting jan 1, 2015. The buyer is responsible for Wyndham recording fee of $299, and the deed prep will be handled by Legal Timeshare Transfer, Lisa Short, fee is $125 plus $7 postage, plus the county recording fee. The dues are currently paid monthly, HOA is $393 a year plus program fee (I pay $118 per yr for program fee. It is $.55 per 1000 points or min of $118, whichever is greater, for members without PlusPartners. And for members with PlusPartners, it is $.57 per 1000 points or min of $137 whichever is greater). The HOA rate per 1000 is 4.67. The monthly payment is $43 ($393 plus $118 divided by 12), which includes paying the $118 yrly program fee.

Still have Bonnett Creek points. If anyone wants it, they would need to pay both Wyndham transfer fee and closing fees. Otherwise I will just keep it.
I also have 29,000 points in credit pool I will transfer, need to be used by dec 2015.
