This is NOT a Wyndham unit but a deed lockoff with the master unit having a patio, LR, full kitchen, deluxe bath off the KING size bedded bedroom. The attached "Studio" has a living room with a sofa bed (and a door), kitchenette, full bathroom off the hall, and a bedroom with 2 double beds.

This unit TRADES in II. Star Island has a rental program for owners.

MF for 2014 was $935. Check in day for week 4 unit 4013 is SUNDAY. The transfer fee is NOT $299.

This is a first floor unit in the villas - which is NOT a towers unit. Washer and dryer are in this unit -- I don't remember where though.

Buyer pays all transfer costs with LTT handling it.

This timeshare is still available ... as a lockout, you can deposit each side separately in II or use one while depositing the other side.

This is a ground floor deeded unit - no steps. Parking directly in front of walkway to unit. Very close to the front desk, activities, spa and pools.

Will go 50/50 on the transfer and closing costs ... Really like the place, but I stay in the Pompano area much more than Orlando.

Downsizing ... please help. Close to WDW and this area has lots of dining options. The resort has a room service arrangement with TGIFriday's on the cornor ... really, golf cart delivery where you call an resort extension number. Menu is also in the room .... strange to me - but my brother would like it..
