Hi, we're going to GLRM this coming Friday using an exchange through Interval. My understanding was that GL provided free transportation from the airport to the resort. Can anybody enlighten me on how this works? Is there a number I need to call to tell them when we arrive, or an e-mail to use? We have not had any pre-arrival contact from the resort. Thanks!

Email the concierge (email address is on the GL web page) with the info like number of people, reservation number, flight and time... And when you get to the airport, RUN past everyone inside saying they are with the ride service. :)

Mi casa es su casa. I love the RM property so much. The Joya CdS show is pricey but do it. Also, Balche has the best tacos de camerones in the carribe. I think we ate there 6 lunches in a week last summer and loved every bite.

Have the lobster tacos at the ceviche place- I think it is called blue fish? And laze by the pool with carne asada nachos. I am still drooling.
