Park Royal Los Tules Puerto Vallarta - Recent visits?

I was last there in 2013 as that was the last year if my 30 yrs. Everything was in good condition and just as good as it was in 1984.Evidently some of the timeshare units are spread throughout the complex so I can only speak about the units in buildings 4 and 6. The only downside is the noise on Thursday thru Saturday nights until 5 am from the nightclub nearby. No one in our group found it to be that bad.
