Can someone tell me if there are management problems with Blue Ridge Village Resort in Banner Elk, NC? Who is the present manager? I'm thinking of buying a week there, but seem to remember seeing something questionable about the resort.
Thanks,
Roy

The resort is now managed by Festiva Resorts. Wyndham/Fairfield was the prior manager. They sold the former Peppertree Resorts to Festiva last summer. The principals of Festiva used to work for Peppertree before it was acquired by Equivest and then Wyndham/Fairfield.
