Trying to find which exchange company Sea Watch is listed with

A friend told me about the Sea Watch Resort(161 Sea Watch Dr. Myrtel Beach, SC 29572) and I'm trying to find out which exchange company list with. Any info will help.

I believe the resort at that address (there is an HGVC "Seawatch" elsewhere in MB) is not a timeshare resort and is not affiliated with either of the major exchange companies. Although the resort has rentals, it is a whole-condominium building.

There is Wyndham SeaWatch Plantation at 151 SeaWatch Drive. Is this the resort you are referring to? If so, it exchanges through RCI #3990.

I believe they are different resorts.

they are "one in the same" but "not the same" or "both" !!!.

Seawatch has villas (timeshare), North Tower (owned condos) and Towers I/II (or the South Towers) - some floors "owned" others are timeshare.

Timeshare is thru RCI - but it is a very rare occasion to see a prime summer week in RCI. Owners are not longer allowed to deposit them....
