I saw a classifed advertisement here on Tug for Shorecrest in Myrtle Beach week 26 for sale. The owner has no price as the selling price. I contacted the owner and he is open to offers.

We keep going back and forth and I am trying to get a price from him and he does not give me a starting point.

It is a 2 bedroom unit, what price should I start at. I do not want to insult the owner and waste his time. Any suggestions. I know on Ebay most timeshares in Myrtle Beach are $1.00 list price.

Shorecrest is one of the nice resorts in Myrtle Beach. A fixed summer week is worth some money.

Start at $2500.00.

You will be lucky to purchase it for 5000.00.

Demand for that week is very high and a nice oceanfront unit will bring a premium price.
