Hello everyone,
Sorry for only showing up when I have a problem, but sometimes this is how friendships start.

I have been fighting with Torrenza for better part of a year now. I should correct myself and say I have been fighting with myself, as they are unresponsive.

We gave Torrenza a $20,000 dollar downpayment before doing our homework in the internet(Stupid us). Then after realizing that there is no way even half the promises could be true, we tried to recind while still in Mazatlan. We were within our 5 days cancellation. We did so thru Profeco, so we have all kinds of proof we did not miss the 5 days.

Now, customerservice@torrenza.com.mx is no help at all. Everytime I email, I get the cut-paste
"Hello Don;

Due to the fact that you have an open file in PROFECO, we cannot provide you Customer Service, we both need to obey Profeco´s decision.

Regards,"

Now, we do have a Profeco decision in our favour, and Profeco says the Torrenza lawyer has agree'd to pay back 100% of our money.

Unfortunately, we still do not have a refund. It has been at least 6 months since this decision was made. Now, the lawyer asked for an extension for more time at the second meeting, and was a no show at the 3rd meeting.

I would like to open up dialogue with the Torrenza legal department myself, rather than just being put off and ignored.

Does anyone have any information for me? This has turned out to be a bit of a nightmare.

Thanks,

Don
