I would like to get rid of my timeshare at Vacation Village in the Berkshires(week #50, 2 bedroom, bi-yearly with bonus week) quickly but don't know how. Can anyone offer suggestions? I am just not using it and am sick of paying maintenance fees. I am willing to give away. Thank you.

List it in the Bargain Deals section. Provide as much detail as possible including the Mf's. The bonus weeks probably won't transfer. It isn't the most desirable week so just offering to give it away probably won't rid you of it quickly. You may have to offer to pay closing costs and one or more years usage for free. I always suggest starting with free before adding additional incentives.
