We have recently aged out of skiing and timeshare. We would like to give away our Park Regency Timeshare

1 1/2 br, 2 bath Regency unit
Float weeks 1-14, 49-52

I have prepaid 2014 maintenance fee and selected week 7 (Presidents week 2014)) This can be changed for a small fee-$25 I believe. If you want this week, I would like to be reimbursed the $662 I paid. It gets 39 points in RCI points plus so this is the week I usually ask for if I am not planning to use it myself.

We will pay routine closing costs with a reputable company of our choice (tug approved) as well as the resort transfer fee.

Park Regency is a well maintained older resort with good management. It is a great location for skiing in Park City, Utah

What's the yearly maintenance fee?

Also is the 1 1/2 BR the one that has the little cove area with bunk beds?
We have stayed here before

The $662 is the yearly fee for 2014. It could be just a few $ off because I paid it early to choose my week a year in advance. It will not be off by much either under or over. They have very good management and all units were recently refurbished out of existing fees--no special assessments.

Yes it has the bunk bed room. The master bedroom is a good size with a king bed. It is a very comfortable unit. It is not a Marriott type but we always had a good stay.

How far out can you reserve a unit?

Is it for a specific 1.5 BR, or for any 1.5 BR open during the float periods?

What is your use year? Does it start each JAN or sometime mid-year?

It is a prime season float week. I have always been able to get whatever I want but I call a year ahead of the start of the week I want. This year I called about the end of Feb. There is no use year as such as this is a weeks unit not points unit. It used to be a tiger trader until RCI weeks switched to points plus. 39 points for week 7 is pretty good. I believe most of the other weeks are 36.

So it is for any week open for that time period, but again they have always honored my location request. Sometimes I have deposited the week into RCI to get the 39 points and then traded in with other RCI points that I own in late Jan. For some reason this is a great RCI weeks unit, but valued less in RCI points so I get nearly 2 weeks if I use that system.

This unit is called a Regency unit. That is the name for the units with the bunk room. They will not allow you to deposit more than 1 year ahead. The bill for the maintainance fee would come in Dec of this year, but in order to deposit for the week 14, I had to pay it in Feb 13 when I reserved.

It gets confusing, but I will be glad to answer any more questions. If you are still interested I think thru tug you can send a private email. That would give me your email address and I could email you back.
