SBP Palmetto Gold Plus Season 2 BR lock out
Deeded as Unit 261110 Week 15
The float season for this week is 15-23 and 36-42
It does not include summer but the Palmetto units are slightly larger than the Plantation units and have a slightly lower MF.
The 2013 MF was $975
It trades as 2 one bedroom units with Interval. For all the visible bulk deposits with Starwood over the last 12 months it sees identical inventory as a 2 br platinum unit at the same resort.
Buyer would pay closing/transfer costs of $150 (or less through LTT). I will pay the difference if it is more than $150 and using LTT. I would also include either the LM rental for 9/14-9/21 (1 br villa) or 9/29-10/6 (1 br premium villa) or could cancel one so it would transfer as available for exchange in II and be good through June 2015.
