I have 1 Deeded White Season week at Carriage Hills every "Even" year that I am looking to fine a new home for.
Nestled in the heart of Ontario, Carriage Hills is a recreational paradise. Horseshoe Valley frames this all season resort, which offers a wide variety of outdoor activities. There are two 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts, outdoor pool and indoor pool. In winter, you can cross country or downhill ski. Nearby Barrie, Toronto, Niagara Falls, and parts of three great lakes are easy day trips too.

To clarify what this means:
-The "white season" is weeks 13-18 (April to May)and weeks 46-50 (mid November to mid December).
-The "Even" year means you get 1 week every "even" calendar year (2014, 2016, 2018,...)
The Unit for this week consists of a 1 bedroom and a studio apartment. Each accommodating 4 people for a total of 8. They are in a "lockoff" arraignment meaning they both have their own entrance from a joining foyer so they can be used together or separately. This means you can have 2 groups of people (parents/children, 2 couples) use both at the same time together but still have the able to have some privacy, or spit the 1br and apt into 2 weeks and use them at separate times.
Carriage hills is also a member of RCI giving you access through RCI to over 4000 beautiful resorts worldwide if you sign up with RCI. Carriage Hill has great trading power though RCI because it is a 4 season resort. Through RCI you can split your 1 week into 2 and use them whenever you want, 1 week every year, 2 weeks in the same year. I originally used this method to book my honeymoon in Mexico.
I've had this timeshare for over 10 years now but don't really use it much anymore so I'd like to stop paying for something I'm not using. Maintenance fees are about $950 and are only paid "every other year". They come due in November of the odd year so they will be due this November for the 2014 year and I'd like to have it gone before them.
