Sheraton Vistana Spas - Week 31 - Fixed - 2 Bedroom (Not a lockout).

First Use is 2014

One of the lowest fees for a 2 bedroom at Sheraton Vistana. Projected fees for 2014 (from mystarcentral.com) is $738.34.

Closing to be done by Legal Timeshare transfers. Would like the buyer to pay for closing costs and transfer fees. About $125.

This unit is free to anyone who is willing to pay the closing costs.

I used to own at the Spas and really liked the location. I also liked the Friday check in. I hope someone takes you up on this good deal!

SVR has two seasons: Gold Plus and Plat, and this is Plat.

Plat: 6-17, 23-34, 39-47, 51-52

More importantly - If this is a TRUE fixed week, the owner can deposit the actual week 31.
