Tahiti Village timeshare with an annual 2 week (floating) available.
Annual maintenance fees are about $850/year. Both weeks are still available for last year and this year! You have to get it transferred to you very soon in order to "bank" the weeks from last year as the cutoff is 4/30/2013. If you agree to take it, I can bank the weeks for you now for wherever you want, and then you can also get next year's as well!
RCI membership is now available to exchange/bank points or weeks. So instead of having to use full weeks at a time, you can use 3-4 days at a time and break up the 2 weeks that are available into smaller/shorter vacations if you so choose!!
I have the upgraded unit and you can get two weeks per year at Las Vegas Tahiti Village or transfer within the Interval International network.
We have regularly gone to Disney World for two weeks or for one week and gotten two large units so that a family of 10 can go.
It is very flexible and worth the price. We can no longer use it as much as we would like as I am active duty in the Army.
We even went to Aruba for 10 days a few years back and we were able to use the timeshare for that as well!
