I am looking to get rid of 133 Monarch Grand Vacations points. I've lost my job and need to trim expenses.
New points received this past May are banked are good for two years. Points are issued every odd year in May with no rollover. Maintenance fees are $149 per quarter. This timeshare is fully paid for and all fees are paid through the end of the year. As a bonus, I will pay the maintenance fee for the first two quarters of next year giving the buyer almost a year of prepaid maintenance! I'll also pay for all the title and transfer fees. Closing takes 30 to 45 days to complete.

These points are good anytime and any of the 9 resorts which are in:
Los Cabos, Mexico
Las Vegas, Nevada
Cedar City, Utah
Palm Springs, California
Ramona, California
San Juan Capistrano
Lake Tahoe, California (across the street from Heavenly Ski resort's Gunbarrel Express lift. )
133 points will get you a 1 bedroom at Cancun resort or any of the other resorts any week of the year. But you can use your points flexibly and split up your points throughout the year. Midweek points are cheaper. At the Tahoe seasons in winter (prime season),for a studio, Sunday is 13 points, Monday through Thursday are 12, Friday and Saturday are 36.
