Bali Hai and Shearwater Owners- No Property Taxes?

Question for Bali Hai and Shearwater owners:
Does your 2015 Wyndham assessment show property taxes?

Our 2015 assessment shows local taxes, but no property taxes. (These have been listed on previous years' assessments.)

I've had several conversations with Wyndham Financial Services about this. They said the Homeowners' Associations did not send Wyndham the property tax information, so it was not included in the 2015 assessment. They said I should call the resorts to get information about the property taxes and how they should be paid.

When I asked if ours was a unique situation, or if it applied to the hundreds of Bali Hai and Shearwater owners, they said they had no way of knowing. They said they could not pull up the account for someone who owned at Shearwater or Bali Hai to see if the property taxes were listed on their accounts because they had no way of knowing who those owners were.

So I thought I would ask TUG members who are owners at Bali Hai and Shearwater for their help. Do you have property taxes listed on your 2015 assessments? Is the fact that they are not shown on our assessment an anomaly?

Yes, ie. it only shows Local Tax. I will have to go back and see if what is now called Local Tax looks anything like what the previous tax totals were.
