Depending on what you own and where the new owner is, it could go from VERY EASY to EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. (P.S. If it's a WorldMark, I would be glad to talk to you about taking it off your hands!!
). Your main concern will be to make sure the new owner transfers ownership in their name and gets your name off the records. I can only tell you (1) NEVER pay anyone an upfront fee to list it and (2) you may have to sweeten the pot-so to speak- if there are resort transfer fees or similar. There are relatively inexpensive agencies that will prepare your deed (again, if you are giving it away to someone who lives where you live, just change the names and dates to protect the innocent
