I have one week left in the Manhattan Club. The Week is floating 1-51. I have the 2014 week RSVP'd for the fall. You will be able to enjoy the changing of the leaves in Central Park and be able to do your Christmas shopping while visiting the city. I gave a week away a couple of years ago on tug, but kept this one. Now we are ready to let this one go.
This package was marketed to the locals who live close enough to drive in for a night or two. It is the seven Saturdays with parking privileges. You are able to use the unit up to seven times a year, weeks 1 thru 51. I have never had any problems reserving a one or two night stay with short notice. But have had a little problem with reserving a full week, which is not a problem if you RSVP at least 9 months out. The week that is reserved can easily be change by the new owner once the transfer is complete.
I am asking to recoup 2000.00 dollars of my 2014 maintenance fees, since the week RSVP'd will become the new owners vacation. That leaves 584.00 dollars for the new owner to transfer the unit into his or her name. I would also like the new owner to use someone that well respected by this people of this website to do the transfer.
