We live on the other side of the planet and realised this timeshare is to far to get the best use out of for us, so are willing to give it away.

Parc Soleil, Orlando, Florida
1 Bedroom suite, 3400 HGVC points every odd year (2013)
Maintenance fee's are $759 (every odd year) they have been paid for 2013.
Gold Season
HGVC points can be used on a number to HGVC locations.

Will this get through ROFR at free? I doubt it. So you would be giving it back to HGVC free.

Yes it will go through if the seller and buyer complete a gift form with Hilton. I am in the process of receiving a unit exactly like this and it passed ROFR via that process.

I don't even know what ROFR is. HGVC won't buy it back, they told me to sell it.

It can be done with eoy, but you have to rescue one year forward, then borrow from the next, you end up with an every four year if you do it every cycle.

EOY isn't quite as easy as the annuals for combining years. If you want to combine years, it could be done like this:
2013: Pay to bank to 2014
2014: Use your 2013 points, plus you can borrow from 2015 points.
2017: Next use of hgvc points.

It can work out, but you have to pay club dues annually and pay to bank points.
