Has anyone had any luck with deeding back points to Wyndham? Would you contact your "home" resort, or the Wyndham corporate office?

I was successful in deeding back my Pagosa Springs. Read the thread recommended above. The nice surprise was about 2 months after, my credit card was reimbursed my maintenance fees.
