Hi,
I am looking at this offer:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Club-Intraw...30607645909?pt=Timeshares&hash=item4cf9c054d5
I came down with a small case of cold feet/paranoia before pulling the trigger.
comments/observations:
- It is Stroman.
- They are using Resort Closings.
- Based on threads here, both have supporters/detractors, but are not completely discredited .
- I talked to Stroman, they said a 700 depoist would have to go to RS...deposits (to CC) seem standard based on what I've been reading.
- I am aware that this could all be for naught...CI could very well exercise ROFR.
questions:
- CI has no deed, points only, so does "title" apply?
- The setllement fees in the post (595) are different than what Resort Closings posts on their web site (475)...why?
http://www.resortclosings.com/new_customers.php#ct1
- Can/should I ask seller to cover part of MF or closing costs?
- Anything else to look out for or ask for here?
TIA
