Gold membership with Raintree Vacation Club which allows exchange opportunities to all resorts in Raintree inventory in even years. (Go to http://www.raintreevacationclub.com/ for more info on what Raintree offers.) Home resort is the GORGEOUS Club Regina in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Maintenance fee is due every second year and this year's (2016) fee of $1,078.00 has been paid. Raintree membership fee of $172.00 is due annually and has also been paid. There is no mortgage or any money owing. We will pay transfer fees. Why are we giving this membership away? We are getting on in years and find cruising much more to our liking so we no longer have any use for our Raintree membership. Our lawyer will peruse and OK any final deal.

How many points are added every 2nd year with payment of MFs?

Edit: Sorry, if I recall correctly gold membership is the 1BR / 50,000 points. Don't know how to delete post

Hello all! I don't know how to delete this ad, so I thought I would let everyone know that we were successful in transferring our Raintree membership. We got final confirmation today. Thank you, TUG!
