Can you reserve any week of the year?

I just read through the contract. It does't mention any restrictions as far as booking a week goes. It also says it is possible to book in any season with a minimum of 30 days of notice. Priority booking goes to members booking at least 6 months in advance.

Is there a mandatory all-inclusive fee, and if so, how much is it?

I'm not aware of any other mandatory fees besides the maintenance fee.
I could scan in the sales agreement terms page if anyone wishes to see.

Also what weeks would I be able to visit or can I convert to RCI points to use ?

we have been here. not in the resort but to this playa hermosa. this is one of our favorite beaches in CR. there are two playa hermosas this one is the one closer to the liberia airport. i am tempted

Heading to this resort in Feb. When I checked TUG reviews, top of the list for CR.

Very excited about this first trip to Costa Rica.

It looks like a wonderful part of Costa Rica for exploring many things, as well as being near a beautiful beach!

I purchased airfares this week to Liberia. I knew the resort was in Playa Hermosa near the Liberia airport. Then while researching a map, I saw Playa Hermosa further down the coast. For a moment, I thought "you just messed up...what happened?...it's not near the Liberia airport."

I got myself under control and saw that there were two of them.

Whew! Scared me for a moment.
