Sheraton Vistana Resort is a beautiful, recently renovated, timeshare in Orlando, FL. The lush, tropical, park-like setting of Sheraton Vistana Resort is the perfect place for unforgettable vacations. Relax amid soothing fountains and world-class amenities just minutes from all of Orlando's attractions. The Orlando area offers world-class family attractions, such as Walt Disney World Resort and SeaWorld Adventure Park. Exceptional golf and world-famous beaches are within easy driving distance.
Your usage will start in 2017. No mortgage and all maintenance fees are current.

This can trade in both Interval International and RCI, but you really do not need to trade if you want Orlando in a 2 bedroom every other year, because it floats. It gives you a lot of flexibility without the exchange fees. At 8 months you can book Cascades or Lakes. Need a partial week or less than a full week, you can book 2 or 3 days - 90 days out.
Sheraton Vistana Cascades is one of the two sections with an elevator.
Closing to be done by Legal Timeshare transfers. Would like the buyer to pay for closing costs and transfer fees. About $150. I will pay the difference.
