We are looking to upgrade our week from a 1bd to a 2bd unit. So we will give away this 1bd unit to anyone willing to pay the resort transfer fees.
Resort Website: http://www.tahitivillage.com/
• Large Pool with 0 entry sandy beach
• Lazy River
• Tons of activities for the kids
• Floating Week - Weeks 1-51 Odd Years (no fee to use the week during the deeded use year. Resort will allow you to borrow/save a week to a different use year for $95). Weeks can be split into multiple stays. Owners are allotted 5 weekday nights (Sun-Thurs) and 2 weekend nights (Fri-Sat).
• Moorea Unit - 1 bedroom unit with partial kitchen.
Maintenance Fee: $209 due every year. 2016 MF has been paid. 2017 Maintenance fees are due to the resort during the transfer. Next maintenance fee would be due Jan 1 2018.
Usage: First usage for new owner is 2017
Title transfer: Buyer to pay resort transfer fees (~approx $450) and LT Transfers cost.
Trading: Interval International, RCI.
• Unit is not currently in points. I have only used my owner week and have never traded the unit, so I don't know how many TPU it would pull.
• The previous owner had this unit enrolled in RCI points (~approx 45,000 points EOY). RCI points do not transfer upon resale. The resort will offer to re-enroll the unit into RCI points for a fee. If you re-enroll in RCI points, the Points/MF ratio is less than $.01/point.
