Good TPU, low MF’s, Nice resort.
Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort, Week 33, Biennial ODD years, 3 bedroom lock-off, Prime floating weeks 20-38. RCI code 4220.
I don’t want to give it away because it took so long to find a gem like this but with reduced travel time, the timeshare portfolio needs to be trimmed from four to two (but my wife says 1
).
The real benefit of this timeshare is its value in RCI. It floats over the summer months and when booked two years out (locked off) get 62 TPU or $11.60 per TPU, with the addition of being outside the Orlando Disney block area.
Next use 2019 which can be booked in 2017 for use or deposit. I have always book two years out for week 26 or 27 to deposit into RCI and never had an issue.
The 2017 dues were paid in full last year and deposited into RCI. Dues are $720 and paid every other year.
Cost:$0 - buyer pays closing - I recommend LT transfers and costs about $150.
