Free San Clemente Inn Breaker Unit

Hello,

We are looking to give away our San Clemente Inn Breaker Unit. We have never stayed at the unit -- but we've used it to trade into some great places.

The unit is a "Breaker" Unit (sleeps 4) and the maintenance fees are listed as $698 per year in the latest information I have in my files. The 2015 maintenance fees are paid and the unit has been used. The next maintenance fees and usage will be for 2016.

We don't want to make any money on these -- but we don't want to pay money to transfer them as well. We'd really appreciate it if you could pay the transfer fees and use whatever closing company you like.

I own a crest unit there so Ill add a few details about the place. They have a mini golf course (9 hole), pool, two hot tubs, lounge with ping pong, air hockey, etc. There's a restaurant on site. It's close to a popular surfing spot. Bicyclists will also like the location. Golfing is nearby and the main beach is a short drive away.

The resort is managed by VRI. It can be exchanged through both RCI and II. You can also rent it your unit through VRI. It's quite popular in Summer.

The ownerships are float. There are two seasons: high is weeks 9-48. Which is this one???

I have a Thanksgiving 2015 week in a 1 bed/1bath at The Bay Club at Waikoloa Beach Resort (Hilton property) on the Big Island of Hawaii that I will put in your name (check in November 21, check out November 28) to anyone that wants to take this San Clemente Inn off our hands. It is really a great timeshare -- we just have moved on and don't vacation this way anymore. We camp these days and don't have a need for these.
