This is for Week 7 (Presidents Day). Annual maintenance and tax fee is $940 and $217, respectively. Unit is fully paid for and up to date. We have not paid maintenance fee or made a reservation for calendar year 2015 as of today (due early January 2015). Message me for more additional details. I will cover fees.
