Great news! We're heading up in a month or so. Where is the new coffee house? Is it where the Kitchen used to be? Did they unlock those (formerly hot tub) rooms yet? I heard they were unlocked and being used as Florida rooms, so we were thinking they might be a separate private space if we wanted one...

coffee house is in the old kitchen. hot tub rooms are empty but carpeted and available.

was offered $150 to do the update but declined. overheard older couple talking about their update at the pool. apparently the going retail rate is now over $8/pt.
the coffee house has a liquor license and will be offering wine at some point in the future. keep reminding them that they should partner with williamsburg winery!

Thanks for the tip about what they're offering for the tour. We did it a few years back and while it wasn't high pressure, it took forever and was mildly stressful. I don't think we'll be doing it again this year.
