No matter when I search, all I see available are studio accommodations.
Does anyone see any larger units?

I dont know the rules for Presidentials orMargaritaville but everything other than studios at this resort are presidential units

I know only limited inventory is open to regular points owners, so that may be it

I believe they haven't completed construction on the larger units.

I'm not even seeing anything when I look for a reservation. The resort doesn't show up for me online.

Although rare, I can confirm they do exist. I found two different 1 BR's with an online search for mid November and was able to book one, a 1 BR Presidential Suite last Saturday.

You have to be either a Margaritaville owner or a Wyndham VIP to book a reservation.

We’re planning to go to Margaritaville sometime next winter but haven’t seen any larger units. Also, I don’t see any Saturday or Sunday check-ins, just Fridays in Studio and Studio Deluxe. Could they be selling that many Margaritaville Vacation Club ownerships that all the larger units are booked by Margaritaville owners?

I just saw a 3 br presidential for 3 nights in February.

This does prove that they have some 3-BR Pres Res units available to non-Margaritaville owners but who can get excited about a 3-night mid-week reservation considering the cost to fly there. I suppose if you could get by with a Studio, you could add 4 nights in a Studio and make it worth the flight.
