Cheap Sheraton Vistana Villages Bella and Key West

Hi

I have a few varied Sheraton Vistana Villages units - a few in Bella and a few in Key West that are available for sale. A mix of Annual, Odd, and Even. 67,100 or 81,000 Staroptions.

All mortgages are paid in full. 2015 maintenance fees would need to be paid during the sale. Sale price would be between $600 - $1400 plus we can work out an inexpensive closing via a company I have used in the past to buy, or the ones recommended in this forum. I had very overwhelming response to the original units I had listed, so I'm considering selling others as well.

Just looking for clarification - are these for "sale" or are you talking about how much the MF will cost per year?

9) What do Mandatory and Voluntary mean?
a. If a resort is Staroption "Mandatory," it means that when the week is sold to a new owner (resale) the Staroption value of the week transfers to the new owner, and the new owner has the right to exchange his timeshare in the Starwood Vacation Network. These resorts are Staroption Mandatory:

* Harborside at Atlantis
* Vistana Villages (Bella and Key West phases only)
* Westin St. John (Virgin Grand - Hillside only)
* Westin Ka'anapali & Westin Ka'anapali-North
* Westin Kierland Villas

Since Bella and Key West are both mandatory I'd have guess that these would be worth more than <$1000.

They are for sale; yes they are mandatory, and I will check what I have to see about Even 81k. Please PM me directly.

As pointed out - sometimes indeed these sell for more; sometimes for less. Just trying to find a happy medium as to not waste time...
