Timeshare Insurance INC!!

I just got off the phone with a rep from the above mentioned company. They want to make me some money, by renting my points out and also renting out any exchanges.
All this for the MEASLY UPFRONT FEES of $1055.00 or around that number. Isn't this a great opportunity?
Anyone get this great phone call?

TI will forward via email any information of prospective renters to the customer. TI will not provide any personal information to a third party. TI will post my first initial and last name on my advertisement page ..

No surprise here but their website was just created February 2011. Looking at some of the rental and sale prices, it certainly looks like they could care less if anything sold or rented since they get their money upfront. Correction, they DON'T want it to sell because then they have a chance to get someone to pay ANOTHER fee to continue to list it. One example that says it all - a week 9 STUDIO for sale at Orange Lake CC for $15,000.
