2014 Has been used - first use is for 2015.

  • Deeded as Unit 1634, Week 8, Myrtle Phase
  • Annual usage
  • Gold Season - Floats 1,7-8,44-46,48,51-52
  • 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (NOT a Lock-off)
  • 2014 Maintenance Fees were just under $1000. Don't know 2015 feed
  • Maintenance Fees are current. 2015 Maintenance fees are due January 2015.
  • Nothing is owed on the property
This unit is free to anyone who is willing to pay the closing costs.

I have used Legal Timeshare Transfers a few times in the recent past. Very reasonably priced, very responsive, and fast closing. www.lttransfers.com. Costs about $150 through them. I've been very happy with them.

LOL - Honestly - I have had people interested. I just never seem to check my PMs and by then they've found something else. I've been banking my weeks with II, so don''t mind having these. Just want to "lower my inventory" of timeshares I have

Maybe you should ask interested parties to send you an email vs. a PM? That way, their messages should land in your mailbox.

You should receive an email when someone sends you a PM - however, it needs to be an email that you check regularly. Some people use an email for TUG that they never check, and that defeats the purpose.
