how do these work - any retrictions?

Hello,
I wanted to find out if there are any catches to these certificates? Are you required to attend TS presentation? Are there any "all inclusive fees"? Just wanted to understand how good of a deal these are?

Thanks

They are similar to RCI last call type inventory but in some cases you can book much further out. They are all in locations that RCI anticipates having excess inventory so nothing really high end or peak season. The inventory is also the kind that RCI often puts on the $199 sale. But it also gets some slightly better inventory that doesn't get the sale tag. These are good if you don't have RCI or specifically see something that is cheaper than booking with RCI direct. The resort cert link lets you search inventory.

If you are booking an AI resort it does not include the AI fee.

I have a resortcert certificate, but I can only see inventory for the next 30 days with it. Do I have a "crippled" certificate?

Yes, unless you have different terms and conditions from the ones offered through resortcom and/or skyauction.

You may also be limited by the expiration date.
