We are giving away our two units at Kauai Beach Villas (2 bedroom units, lagoon view). We're happy to give them to the same person, or separately.
These have been our favorite timeshare in Kauai and it’s difficult to let them go! After owning and visiting several other resorts on the island, we had decided that KBV was the best value for our maintenance fee and the best resort experience.
Owners at KBV are permitted to use the fancy amenities at the hotel (which is located on the same property). These include 4 pools (including 1 sand bottom pool), water slide, water volleyball and two 2 large spas. The hotel also has a pool side bar and a full service restaurant.
We have found the amenities available at Kauai Beach Villas(when the hotel amenities are taken into account), to be as nice, if not nicer than more expensive timeshare resorts on the island such as Marriott and Westin.
The units themselves are being completely remodelled and will all be finished by summer 2015. Photos of the new units can be found on the Pahio website.
Our circumstances have changed in the past few months, we have a baby on the way and we won’t be able to return to Hawaii for several years.
The units are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The units are "Lagoon View", not oceanfront. The weeks are floating.

Closing cost using LT transfers is about $200 and Wyndham charges $299 transfer fee, we’re willing to contribute $200 towards the closing fee for each unit.
