I am giving away our New Year's week timeshare that we own at Steamboat Springs Suites (not Hilltop). It is a 2BR, 2BA that sleeps 6. My maintenance fees are $910.00 annually, due on Jan 1.
Here is a link to the Legacy Vacation Club website so you can familiarize yourself with the resort.

Per the deed, this is not actually a fixed week, but it is called "Season 4". "Season 4" is actually defined as the week that includes New Years Eve. Since that is only 1 week in any given year, this is essentially a fixed week.
We have not traded this week thru RCI so I can't speak to trading power. We have only used the week or rented it every year.
2013 week is included in the sale.
I have changed jobs, we are moving and our vacation strategy has changed, hence the need to give this timeshare week to you!
As typical, I would expect the buyer to cover any transfer fees, the 2013 MF and closing fees.
PM me with questions.
