Free to a Good Home - Fixed Week 26 EOY- 1 bedroom (sleeps 4, 1 bathroom) at Waterside By Spinnaker on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina
We are rationalizing our timeshare portfolio and sadly for us , this is the unit that needs to be re-homed.
• 1 bedroom unit – fixed week 26 and fixed unit 5224B, every other odd year ownership
• Saturday check-in at Waterside by Spinnaker, starts June 27, 2015 (week 26 sometimes includes July 4)
• Includes 4 rounds of golf daily on either the Shipyards or Port Royal Courses for only the cart fee (approx. $35 +/- per cart)
• Unit 5224B is a second floor unit overlooking the kiddie pool and barbeques and has a large beautiful shaded balcony for lounging
• Trades through RCI (#5366) with a maximum TPU of 28 for 2015 (needs to be deposited by September 29, 2014 to achieve full TPU, but if we start the sale process before then, and you want to deposit with RCI, I will deposit to my RCI account and then will pay to transfer the week to your RCI account on reimbursement to me of the 2015 maintenance fee as part of the transfer)
Resort Amenities:
• Activities center with terrific staff - Games room onsite
• Several pools ( including the kiddie pool)
• Hot tub
• Fitness centre available –off site
• Easy walking or bike riding distance to Coligny Plaza, the Beach, restaurants grocery stores and bike paths
Unit Amenities:
• Units recently refurbished
• King Size bed in bedroom and pull out sofa
• Washer and dryer in-unit
• TV and DVD player in each unit
• Wifi (strong signal) in-units
• Elevator and Stairs to each unit
Financial details:
• 2014 maintenance fee for a 1 bedroom unit $591, billed every other odd year - 2015 fees (not yet set) due Jan 1, 2015 – Spinnaker Resorts requires new owner to pre-pay $750 against future (including 2015) maintenance fees prior to transfer
• Seller will pay – Cost of deed preparation and title registration - approx. $235 using the lawyer suggested by Southwind Management and
