I just joined HICV last year as an owner of the Desert Club. I am seeking advice from those of you who have been members for a longer time.
One of the perks available for Premier members is to be able to upgrade the reservation within 60 days of check in. The rep on the phone explained that to do this, I can reserve a 2 BD unit, and call within 60 days of check in. If available, I can upgrade to a 2BD lockout.
I forgot to inquire about how difficult it is to reserve a 1 BD and upgrade to a 2 BD.
Has anyone done either of these? We are planning for a mid-June arrival in 2014.
