Wyndham Tamarack (Wisconsin Dells, WI) is the home resort. Plus points can be used for any Wyndham resort, any time.

Vacation year is January 1 to December 31. All 168,000 points are available beginning January 1, 2014. These points are biennial on even years.

MF = $59.64/ month, $715.76 total annual (calendar year) beginning January, 2014.

Mortgage is paid in full.

Closing can be done through Legal Timeshare Transfer for around $125. Resort Transfer Fee is $299.

The points are free. Buyer to pay closing, transfer fee and remaining monthly 2014 maintenance fees after transfer.

I have used these points before but due to personal circumstances I will not be able to use them any more.

Is there any downside in having a home resort one will never use? We would be interested if it could be traded (usage) for somewhere in the west USA.

Tamarack is a wonderful resort. It is in a quite area of the Wisconsin Dells. It is a block from Wal-mart and a little less than a mile fore everything else. The resort is managed by Festiva and Wyndham has a tower there. It is right off the pond. The Wyndham units have Wyhdhan amenities, big mug, nice soap, and linens.

The points trade as any other points 10 months out, otherwise you have ARP at Tamarack which is near impossible to get into durning the summer months with out it.

Anyone who picks up there points will be happy, we would but i am on a timeshare freeze right now. :p

If you want West Coast, you might be better off with Worldmark.

Thanks for the input. Not looking for west coast, just mountain west. I worked in WI for 12 years so it wouldn't be new to me. My family might like the Dells though.

The points are good at any of the Wyndham resorts. My first purchase was Fairfield Harbor. And I've never gone there

MF and unit size.

Is the $715 MF paid every year or only on even years? Also, what do 168, 000 points get you in the Dells or elsewhere? 1Bedroom? 2bedroom? 3bedroom?

Any Wyndham Resort? Not real sure about that. Would be takers need to be familiar with the Wyndham point systems and the differences between the various Wyndham timeshare programs and the different resorts.

The timeshare market is very much a buyer beware market.

These points are still available for 2014 and can be used at any Wyndham location. You pay the transfer fee, I will take care of the closing costs. Message me soon.
