What type of floor plan is this unit? Do you have a fixed week and what is the number? What will 1100 points get you? Could you get 2 Long weekends in Nov and Dec with these points? Ex: Frid-Mon. If you trade in the same property is there an internal exchange fee?

Per the original post it is a studio.

OP's post says its a studio which likely means the small end of a lock-off.
With HGVC, "your" unit is not yours to use. It's held in inventory for the benefit of "the club."
Instead you get points which let you hunt for a reservation... home, club or open-season (cash).

HGVC Seasons: Bronze, silver (low), gold (shoulder)and platinum (high). They set the point-values.
With creative use of banking & borrowing, you can cobble together enuff points for a 1-BR or 2 weeks.

HGVC holds a ROFR on all their resorts ('cept Flamingo), not that they'd want this one.

Hilton trade with RCI - Starwood trades with II.

You need to buy a Starwood resort, for a Starwood trader.

HGVC trades exclusively w-RCI using a corporate account. Members do not get individual RCI accounts.
Members access RCI thru HGVC's call center or online portal, and book RCI units with their points.
