South Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach is the home resort and is part of the Holiday Inn Club network. It used to be part of the Orange Lake Resorts until Holiday Inn Club purchased that group back in 2009. I apologize for the error in the title, but it does not appear that I can change that.

2014 is paid in full and I have 53,000 points accrued.

The timeshare is for a 2 Bedroom odd year week.

The maintenance fee I paid for this year was $408.61. The unit is paid in full and all maintenance fees are paid.

I inherited this week and do not want it nor have I used it.

I will cover the cost of the quitclaim deed and any resort fees required to transfer ownership. I am happy to go through Legal Timeshare Transfers or another reputable group.

Do you get 53,000 Holiday Inn points every other year, or every year? Holiday Inn points covert to RCI points at 2 HI points to every one RCI point.

The points are every other year and are given during the odd years.

Two updates on this.

First, one person interested in this was told by the Holiday Inn Club that the points do not actually transfer. I have not verified that myself but expect that it is true.

Second, after being told that they do not take back timeshares, I was transferred to one individual at the Holiday Inn Club who offered to take it back at no cost to myself. I just received the paperwork from them to do this. I expect to complete it within the next couple of days.

If anyone is still interested and is willing to pay for the transfer costs, let me know immediately and if I have not submitted the paperwork back to the Holiday Inn Club, I can work on transferring it to you instead.

Thank you
