Palm Aire Check-in: Fact or fiction

So check into a 4BR Presidential at Palm Aire this morning. Smooth as silk. Went to get parking pass and was hit with some interesting information. You guys may already know some.

- Asked how many were staying in the 4BR and I told them the number of people, plus we have 8 rooms total. Told me they could do a presentation for possible new owners, but unfortunately they are not doing updates for owners as it's the busy season. No sweat off my back! Although I wonder if it's because of the busy season, or the fact that all of my points are resale.

- Told me that Margaritaville is going to be open only to VIP status and above.

- Wyndham Rio Mar Puerto Rico, although they are finishing the Margaritaville there, they are actually building condo type rooms that will be a part of Rio Mar and not associated with Margaritaville that non-vips will be able to book.
