I've just exchanged (RCI) into the Palm-Aire for a 2br unit that sleeps 8.

With the way RCI does things, I won't know my unit number until it is much too late to cancel if I don't get the room I would like. I'm TERRIFIED that I'll end up in the Queen Palm building across the street from the main resort.

I thought that maybe knowing that I used 33,000 points for a September week stay might help in finding out where I would be located on property but so far both Wyndham and RCI are being as illusive as possible.

Does anyone have any experience with exchanging this point amount at the same time of year and can you share where it landed you? Or does anyone know if the Queen Palm even has 2br, sleep 8 units, as an option?

Looking for some reassurance that my family and our newborn will not have to walk a mile to get to the pool and amenities.

The directory for Queen Palms just lists 2 bedroom deluxe, and the unit info for the resort shows that can be a 6/4 or 8/6. Maybe call the resort front desk at 954-972-3300?
