Thanks to TUG we have canceled our contract as of Tue am. Received confirmation from Fed Ex. What is the process and when should we receive something in writing from them? Will there be any hidden fees? We were well inside the 10 day period. We had a good sales experience at BC in Orlando but the 6 hang up's from RCI as we were just looking for UK information started us reconsidering then began to read on TUG and talked to a TS owner at BC. Realized that the TS ownership was way more stress than we needed.
Thanks TUG !!!!!!

If you have rescinded within the time period, rescission is your legal right. There should be no hidden fees with one possible exception: if you do not return your "packet of information", they have the right to charge (or overcharge) you for it. So send it back as cheaply as possible.

Realize that you may never hear back from Wyndham saying that your contract has been cancelled. They don't have to do it. If you charged any part of it (say the downpayment) you can either dispute the charge or wait for Wyndham to refund it.

Many of us here have experience rescinding Wyndham purchases. As long as you are within the legal period, it is fine.

Thanks, in the letter I did ask for the address and contact person to send the materials back to. The down payment was on a new Wyndham CC and I asked that no charges be made to this card. So I guess I need to wait for a cc bill or go ahead and call the card co and start now and not wait. I plan to send the materials back to BC Orlando to the att of the person that did all the paper signing. Snail mail should do.
Thanks so much!
