Yes, it has been around for multiple years -- the Grove in Myrtle BEach and the Orlando units opened after Bonnet Creek...

Basicly, Wyndham leases (or acquires ownership) of a partially completed NON-TIMESHARE property, does the final finish work and furnishes the units, then sells CWA points to CWA ...

It has been there business model for NEW complexes with limited upfront development costs buying RTU of distressed & unfinished condo complexes.

Does it offer special discounts when you book? I'm getting that a platinum owner can get 50% discount and then another 50% discount on too of that.

Wyndham is taking note of "The Donald" Modius Operandi. Put up your good name and expertise and let some one else put up the cash. However, with an "F" BBB rating one might wonder about good name.

There are no special/extra VIP benefits for WAAM properties.

Main Man discussed at length in presentations and 10K a couple years ago!

I bought a traditional UDI unit from Towers on the Grove. Just thought pointing out that it could be Club Wyndham Access or the traditional UDI contract with deeded ownership.

Platinum gets 50 percent under 60 days and the first shot at free upgrades within the VIP pecking order. I did a analysis once and the discount could be up to 98 percent.

WAAM is how Wyndham acquires properties. It has nothing to do with their selling it to us
