Wyndham Eperience-Kona Hawaiian

We just returned from the Big Island-spent a few nights at the Wyndham property. It really is lovely, and the staff helpful. BUT, I am disgusted w/ the company. We were trying to check-out. There was 1 very slow, nice, thorough agent helping. There were 2 (!) men standing around at the "concierge" (ie time sharing selling desk). And 2 women standing around "selling activities." Well I asked for one of the timeshare selling men to help out, as we needed to meet a boat for a very expensive trip. He gave some snide remark-ie, I don't do that and why are you bothering me? I really wish they would invest more in their guests and less in selling their product!!!! Had to vent.

Those other people are not employees of the resort so they could NOT help you. Every time I've checked in or out at this resort there have been at least 2 employees. This is my favorite resort & the employees work hard to please you. At least that is my experience.
