Week 15 (usually falls around Easter) . Unit sleeps 10. The Two-Bedroom, Two-Bathroom Deluxe Villa with a Loft offers remarkable spaciousness. Each of the furnished villas feature a king-size bed in the master bedroom with private bathroom and jetted tub, two double beds in the second bedroom, second bathroom with shower/tub combination, two twin beds in the loft, queen sleeper sofa in the separate living area with dining table and wet bar, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, cable television with premium channels and DVD player, and a furnished balcony. I will pay all closing costs. Everything is paid off and all maintenance is up to date. Next maintenance fee is due 1/2/15 ($736 maint and $136 taxes). Fixed week 15 starting on Sunday. We will pay the transfer costs.

A little more info. please:

• Is it paid off?
• How much is the maintenance fee?
• When is the next maintenance fee due?
• Who pays the transfer costs?
• This is a fixed week - can't be changed - correct?
