Two annual contracts, 77K Cypress Palms and 78K Grand Desert. No mortgages, next points available 1/1/2015, current fees $71.31/month total.

I'll split the cost for deed recording and transfer 50/50 with the taker.

Are these every other year odd contracts, or an annual contract and you have already used the 2014 points. Would the closing and transfer fees be double because is is 2 contacts. Are their any outstanding liens or payments due on the contracts other than maintenance fees.

Thanks For the Clarification.

They are annual contracts, 2014 points have been used. It would be two transfer fees. Assuming the buyer is OK with it I can prepare and record new deeds myself, so that cost is minimal (about $20 each). That would make it about $320 out of pocket for the buyer. As stated, there are no mortgages or other outstanding amounts owed on these.

I picked up a different unit late last year, and I just need to downsize a bit.

Both contracts have been taken.

Thanks,
