BlueGreen Big Cedar Wilderness Club

I have 6,000 points. I moved to a place far from any BlueGreen resorts and don't have time to use them anyway. These points can be used at any BlueGreen resort, but Big Cedar in Branson MO is by far the nicest of them all. I want this gone. My maintenance fees are due. If someone will pay the fees, they can have the points for life. Or even the fees are negotiable. I do have the title and it is paid off. Basically 6,000 points is like one week in a studio. We have a charter membership, whatever that means. I have no idea how to go about selling this or transferring title, but forums seem to say it isn't that hard.

Ok, i paid off the fees. This is now absolutely free and 6000 points for this year in the bargain.

Post how much the maintenance fees are.

there is a BGEX yahoo group (bluegreen exchange). Some people on there may be interested in Big Cedar.

Big Cedar is a nice resort and this would be good for someone who wanted Bonus time at this resort.
Unfortunately the Charter benefits do not transfer to the new owner.
