Are you talking about the one in Ocean City, MD? It hasn't been managed by Wyndham for a number of years. My guess would be that less than a quarter of the owners are through Wyndham. Its been about 5 years since I've stayed so I can't comment on the decor. It was ok then. There are studios and one bedroom units. Both have a max of 4 persons. I don't think the one br are much bigger just divided. It's bayside across Coastal Highway. I have only stayed in about 4 different wyndham managed resorts and I would rate this one below the usual quality. Almost half of the rooms have decent marsh/bay views.

I will add that we have enjoyed one or two short visits at the OC location of Coconut Mallory every summer for the past 3 years. The points cost is so low that it’s short comings are no big deal to us. We enjoy the pool and hot tub which are well maintained with a bay view. The rooms are not large but enough space for two people to be comfortable with WIFI, small kitchen and dining area. The balcony is only enough room for two people to stand on (no room to sit). It’s a wyndham point inexpensive spot to enjoy ocean city or just hang out at the pool and enjoy the local restaurants. We met a guy from NJ last summer whose family was enjoying hours at the pool with his kids and said that his kids were very happy enjoying the rides inexpensively near the OC boardwalk, eating at the local restaurants and playing in the pool the rest of the time. He said that his preteens were having a ball at a fraction of what it was costing him on prior trips to Disney. I recently saw availability through Hotels.com for the beginning of June for $50 per night which I forwarded to a couple of folks that wanted to join DW and I during a time we booked through the Wyndham website earlier this year. Availability through Wyndham is few and far between so when I see something pop up during the summer often I grab it and enjoy a short get away there. We stayed at a resort called summertime in OC once a few years ago through RCI and did not like it nearly as much.
